He-Man card art re-coloured

Well Ive been sitting on this for a while now and I guess it's time I put it up. I intended something else for this but I just don't think it would materialize. Anyhoo, Im tired of it sitting on my HD doing nothing so here it is. I planned to do this to the other early card arts as well but once again, time is my enemy. Maybe in the future I'll get to the others.

At the end of the day, I guess I could have done things differently but... oh well.

James Eatock recently had a post on his Busta Toons blog about the incorrect colours of characters in the Masters of the Universe mini comics. I then decided to take a panel from the Clash of Arms mini comics where Whiplash has some funky colours and colour it with toy accurate colours...

Colour assists on a dream project!

Well, if you frequent my blog then you'll know that I am a huge fan of He-Man and the Masters of the Universe.
Well it's been a personal goal to work on an official MotU product and I got my chance when Val Staples contacted me to do some colour assists on the 'Episode 40 comic' of the Mike Young Productions animated series. This comic was packed in as an exclusive for the Best Buy version of the Volume 3 DVD set.
