On the Beat...

Ahoy. So last month I resigned from Strika Entertainment and took up a colourist position at Media 24's new Beat Comics. It's going great so far so stay tuned for more info at a later date.

Man-At-Arms "Asterix" style

I have to do ol' Man-At-Arms in the style of Uderzo (Asterix) for an art jam. These are some of my practice sketches. I'll post up the final one when Im done.

Comics Brew pages - "PROLOGUE"

I had to do 4 comic pages. The theme was first time, first expreience or something like that... Anyhoo, I used the project to whip up a small prologue for a comic idea that I have been sitting on since High School. Maybe I'll continue the story, I mean I want to but it's always up to time etc.

It's the first time in ages that I have done any drawing for myself. Admittedly Im in need of a lot of practice!

Medieval Superman

My entry for a Superman costume redeisgn competition. Everyone was doing the classic suit so I thought it would be fun to try a more historical look for him.

The Quest for Chicken DVD cover

A set of fan made episodes, which were quite hillarious I might add, eventually the creators decided to burn them onto DVD and I offered to do the Cover. Fun!

Mossman and Perfuma

This is a commissioned piece. I had fun doing it and the client loved it so all in all a successful piece for me. If you have ever watched the She-Ra cartoon keep an eye out for Lookie, the little elf thingy that hid in each episode. ;)

Logo design

This is a logo I did for a fan project. Not sure what happened to the project in the end but I liked this logo a lot.
